CLERHP Investing is the group's investment arm, focused on real estate investment and large-scale urban development projects. It identifies opportunities, structures the capital and directs the planning of macrodevelopments such as Larimar City & Resort.

The Larimar City masterplan is executed in phases. Phase I includes 7 residential projects (Horizon View, Prime Towers, Breeze Towers, Villas Golf, TownHouses, Paradise Towers, Sunset Residences) plus the Beach Club, Country Club, two golf courses and amenity zones. The planning follows a 15-minute city model, with services and leisure within walking distance.
