CLERHP presents its flagship project at FITUR 2023

CLERHP, a renowned Spanish company specialized in development, engineering, and construction in Spain and Latin America, presented at the International Tourism Fair (FITUR) its innovative real estate project called Larimar City & Resort. This ambitious initiative aims to become the first Smart City in the Caribbean and will be located in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, just 10 kilometers from the Bávaro coast.

Larimar City will be a one-of-a-kind resort city, with a broad housing offer (apartments, townhouses, villas…), hotels, commercial areas, a hospital, a university, schools, and a unique combination of urban and resort zones. It will also feature an 18-hole golf course, another 9-hole par 3 course along the promenade surrounded by man-made beaches, a Beauty District, sports areas, and ample green zones with lakes and spaces designed for healthy leisure.

Construction will begin with two important Phase 1 residential projects: Prime Towers and Horizon View. There will also be an extensive seafront promenade more than 3 km long, with beaches and infinity pools, a social club, restaurants, and beach clubs — all with privileged infinite views from 100 meters above sea level that blend the lush green of the island's vegetation with the Atlantic blue that bathes the entire Bávaro coast all the way to Punta Cana.

Larimar City will feature sophisticated facilities, such as its own golf course and country club, university, healthcare services, shopping centers, offices, restaurants, hotels, entertainment venues, and the construction of a Beach Club. It will also include large man-made pools, children's play areas, and sports courts to deliver a unique comfort experience for both residents and visitors.

This project has attracted the interest of European and American investors who have joined this initiative — which will become an important economic and social driver for the Caribbean region.
